The NEDA Regional Office (NRO) XIII and owners of selected restaurants and hotels in Caraga met last November 3 and came up with the Ambisyon Natin 2040 advocacy partnership dubbed as ‘Vision in a Mug”.
At the meeting NRO XIII also talked about the roles of the NEDA and RDC in regional development and insights on how private sector can help promote the realization of the Filipino people’s vision or Ambisyon Natin 2040.
The Vision in a Mug is about the use of AmBisyon Natin 2040 mugs and placemats in serving meals and drinks in selected hotels and restaurants in the region. By serving mugs and placemats with the Ambisyon Natin 2040 logo, more people will become aware of the vision. Partner institutions will initially be provided with 50 mugs and 500 to 1,000 placemats.
The project aims to reach a monthly estimated audience of 3,500 and is planned to expand to reach an audience of 12,600 monthly.
The first batch of proposed partners are Almont Hotel’s Inland Resort (a venue of major events in the region), Priscilla City Guest House, Han’s Noodle House and its two other branches that are both located in Butuan City, and Highland Function Farm in Bislig City.
