The National Economic and Development Authority briefed students from Peking University on the Philippine Development Plan 2017-2022 and AmBisyon Natin 2040 at the NEDA Board Room last week.
Twenty graduate students took part in a 10-day study tour in the Philippines that introduced to the students the cultural, educational, and socioeconomic development programs of the Duterte Administration.
Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Ernesto M. Pernia welcomed the students to the NEDA Central Office. He was joined by Undersecretary Jose Miguel R. De La Rosa and Assistant Director Bien A. Ganapin of the National Policy and Planning Staff.
Aside from Thursday’s briefing, the study tour included an intercultural dialogue between the students and other Philippine government agencies.
The study tour was hosted by the UP College of Mass Communication Film Institute.
