Development Information Staff Director Nerrisa T. Esguerra presented Ambisyon Natin 2040 or the country’s long-term vision, to Globe officials and employees at the Globe Insights Summit 2016 on June 14 at Globe Tower, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Director Esguerra discussed the process and results of the national survey that revealed what Filipinos envision for themselves and their country in the next 25 years. However, she clarified that a simple and comfortable life for Filipinos is a middle class lifestyle and that the results may change in time since it was a reflection of their current situation.
Nonetheless, she assured that with the right policies in place and improvements in productivity and efficiency, the vision is achievable in 25 years.
The summit which is part of the company’s customer experience week called “EvoYoution,” aims to remind their employees to focus on the wants, needs, dreams, and aspirations of consumers in crafting new and relevant products and services/solutions.
Also present at the event were Globe Telecom, Inc. President and CEO Ernest Cu and the heads of J. Walter Thompson Philippines, APAC Digital, Nielsen Phils., and Vision Critical.
