RDC MIMAROPA endorses PPAs of RLAs, SUCs for 2018

The MIMAROPA Regional Development Council (RDC) during its Full Council meeting last March 3, endorsed the 2018 priority programs, projects and activities (PPAs) of 36 agency regional offices (AROs) and six state universities and colleges (SUCs) amounting to PHP88 billion. Bicol RDC approves advocacy plan on RDP, PDP and Ambisyon Natin 2040

The Bicol Regional Development Council (RDC V) approved the advocacy plan for the Bicol Regional Development Plan (RDP) and Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2017-2022, and the Ambisyon Natin 2040. The advocacy plan aims to raise awareness, promote commitment and encourage participation of various stakeholders in the region as development partners. RDC approves Bicol RDP 2017-2022

The Regional Development Council (RDC) approved the Bicol Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2017–2022 last March 3. The RDP will serve as the region’s guide in formulating policies and implementing development programs and projects for the next six years. It is the first medium-term plan anchored on the Long Term Vision or the AmBisyon Natin 2040 that was approved by President Rodrigo Duterte on October 11, 2016, through EO No. 5, as guide for development planning. NEDA holds two-day conference for RDP 2017-2022

Staff and officials from the NEDA Regional Offices (NROs) all over the country participated in the Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2017-2022 Conference on February 22-23 at Linden Suites, Pasig City. In his welcome remarks, Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Ernesto M. Pernia congratulated the participants and encouraged them to constructively appraise and improve their work by learning from one another to attain better results. The Regional Development Council (RDC) XI with the NEDA Regional Office (NRO) XI, conducted the provincial/city consultations to generate further comments and recommendations from the local government officials and partner stakeholders for the enhancement of the Zamboanga Peninsula (ZamPen) Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2017-2022.
